Summarize your bug My Nintendo Switch Wired controller worked fine with Jedi Fallen Order which I launch from Steam through the EA app. With Jedi Survivor, it worked if I launched the EA Desktop app through Steam and then launched Jedi Survivor from the EA app. Now, none of my EA app games recognize my controller. My Steam games recognize it fine, but nothing I try makes my controller work for any EA app game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Plug wired Nintendo switch controller into PC and attempt to play game from EA Desktop app.
What happens when the bug occurs? The controller is completely unresponsive to input.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my controller fully functional.
Update: My Nintendo Switch Controller is now working with Jedi Fallen Order. I didn't do any meaningful change, it just works now. It still doesn't work with Jedi Survivor so I will make a new ticket specific to that game. Of course, if anyone has any feedback I'd love to read it.
