Sure, it's here:
@Sr_abobrinha Thank you. There was an updated version of your GPU drivers, so if you haven't yet, I would do a fresh install of those. For the connection error, I would run through the following and see if this helps. It is a generic error, so it could be a lot of simple things that cause it.
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)
- Change TCP/IP Settings
- Set up a Static IP
- Check date/time is correct in Windows
- Try a new Windows User Account
- Reset Windows Host File
- Change UAC Controls within Windows (change settings back after testing)

In the case of not being able to reset the computer, is there a more "practical" solution?
And update on the case: Now EA play just stays on a gray screen forever, and no message is displayed, not even an error.

I tried all the attempts proposed by you, (with the exception of restarting the computer) none of them worked. Is there any possibility that my ISP has blocked the port to the EA play server?

@Sr_abobrinha ISP restrictions are a hard one to answer. Not everyone has the same ISP and since we cannot see that on our end, we would have to chase that one down and get a lot of info to make sure that is not happening.
I merged yours with a larger thread that we are collecting info on.
