"Couldn't connect to servers" error in EA app (Aug. 15, '23)

I keep on getting the error "couldn't connect to servers we ran into a problem but a quick restart should fix it". Also, have done all the recommended fixes or potential fixes I've found in prior for...

tried this, im fully up to date with everything. just refuses to do anything.

@AutismoSupremoDid you try uninstalling those VC++ packages and then getting the latest ones from that page? you can get the version you have installed from the Add/Remove apps screen, searching for "++" and they are usually down the bottom. Click on the 2015-2022 ones and it will tell you their installed versions.

14.36.32532.0 is the version I just got.
