Can you also create a new Windows admin account and then install the EA app on that new account?
I didn't list it but I tried that too. No dice.
EDIT: I know it isn't a login issue because it's clearly able to tell when a log in is correct or not.
I also just tried your suggestion again and it still didn't work.
