Cross-play Game Features

"Unable to join game session because all players were not on the latest game version. Please make sure all players have downloaded any updates and try again." I play Madden NFL 26 through Steam on my PC, since release I have been able to cross-play with my Xbox friends, now there is a bug completely preventing me from being able to do so going on for at least a week+ now. If there is any help out there please help me out or let me know... Thanks !
