Crushed DLC packs

Hi there! I have issues with my packs for The Sims 4. Apparently, the packs that I owned won’t work anymore. The issue started right after the last update today (17.03.2026). Tonight, after I updated my game, I bought a new kit, and that kit works perfectly, but the old DLC expansion packs and stuff packs don’t work at all. I already spoke with some agents, but that didn’t make any difference. Can someone here help me? I’m begging you — I don’t want to lose my DLC and stuff packs.
