Customer service not working

Question

Can't submit issues, can't reopen tickets, can't move forward on any of my technical issues.

Customer service email replied that it is no longer in use.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO PLAY MY GAME? i'm not trying to be unreasonable, but how do is it when yesterday everything was fine but now not only can i not use live chat, but i can't even enter tickets?

seems to be working now. don't know what's going on, but its quite frustrating to get these technical issues...&nbsp;
