Same thing is happening to me. However, now I also can't download any other games either because they are stuck in queued since I am not able to cancel the download for dead space. When I try to cancel the download for deadspace, it says the same message about installation failed... very frustrated.
I had that problem and what worked for me is I just deleted every dead space file and it eventually dissapeared out of my queue.
