That’s really strange how the download worked for you yesterday but not today.
Anyone from EA can comment on ETA for a fix?

EA Staff (Retired)Hey @catpurrcat Sharing this with the team, as mentioned earlier this might be an issue with the Beta version of the app. However, if a game is visible on the client ( can see it in the store or your collection) the intent is to be able to download it.
I would keep an eye for any updates or changes listed on the team's Trello board if the information is shared on this. I also did see callouts about deleting installed folders and trying again that seem to have worked for others in this thread.
