Goodluck getting a reply from the helpdesk people here pfff. You can't uninstall games, you can't uninstall the app cause the noobs at EA "forgot" to program that in even though it's a very basic feature when you make computer software.
So far there has been one response on how to uninstall games, and that one only said to go to the windows remove app section. Yeah really great when the game/application isn't showing in there. I mean how do you even screw that one up?
They never replied when I told them it doesn't show there either. They are very very silent about not being able to uninstall.
This helpdesk is very unhelpful and they ignore a BIG problem and the huge issue that they developed PC software and didn't include a uninstaller, one of the most basic things you need to have present.
