DirectX Function an invalid parameter was passed to the returning function

I get this message when trying to load a server into anthem. my drivers are up to date I tried an older driver but that didn't work either. I tried clearing the EA app cache. I have a intel i core i7 and Nvidia RTX 3080 with 32 gb of ram so I meet the system requirements.
