Hmm, that's a bit of a strange situation, isn't it? Just wanted to double-check, I quickly looked at your EA account through our system (which is something we don't normally do via the forums) and yup, I can confirm that ME: Legendary Edition (ME:LE for short) is registered on your account.
You still see it in the EA app, in your Game Library, right? And when you click on it, can you install and play the game like usual? The only issue is that it still shows as purchasable when you check it in the in-app store, right?

It seems like I can still download it. It still shows as purchasable in the EA app and it doesn't show that I own it on the EA Help website. Is the game correctly registered to my account, do I own it? Why do the above two issues exist and can it be fixed?
