Double charged for Sims 4 DLC. No response in three days from support.

I have been double charged for The Sims 4 DLC bundle (one of each type for ~£40) on Paypal. It has been taken out of my Bank and is not waiting on a charge.

I submitted a case to support but havent heard anything. I tried to chat using the "chat with us" option, but after waiting for an hour my "wait time" of 3 mins didn't move. Every search on the EA support portal points me to non-existant features or refunds that do not work with DLC.

All I want is a refund for the double charge, but this is becoming a joke. I have had to sort things out for other companies, but this level of disconnection is laughable.

    Hey there, 

    I'm really sorry to hear you've been having problems requesting a refund. I see you mentioned you tried to contact support via chat but didn't get any replies. 

    Do you have any pop-up or ad-blocker running on your browser? If yes, can you please try disabling it when trying to contact EA Help support via chat? If this fails to resolve the issue, please try a different browser or incognito mode.
