Double charged for Sims 4 DLC. No response in three days from support.
I have been double charged for The Sims 4 DLC bundle (one of each type for ~£40) on Paypal. It has been taken out of my Bank and is not waiting on a charge.
I submitted a case to support but havent heard anything. I tried to chat using the "chat with us" option, but after waiting for an hour my "wait time" of 3 mins didn't move. Every search on the EA support portal points me to non-existant features or refunds that do not work with DLC.
All I want is a refund for the double charge, but this is becoming a joke. I have had to sort things out for other companies, but this level of disconnection is laughable.
