Download from EA website?

I bought the Growing Together pack on Instant Gaming. I hadn't bought from them before and I wasn't clear on how to redeem the code and I redeemed it on the EA website instead of in the EA game app. When I try to redeem the code in the app, it says it's already been used. When I looked in the FAQ section on the EA website it says to get a new code from the site I bought the pack from. When I contacted Instant Gaming, they said to download the game from my EA account. I have no idea how to do that or how to get it into my EA app once I do. Help!

    If you've got two separate EA accounts, the live support team can look into merging these two accounts together for you. For more help on account merging, you'll want to reach out from the help site here to speak with live support and explore your options.

    You sign in to your EA account in the EA App.

    To download if it does not start automatically select The Sims 4 click Manage - Manage Add-ons scroll down to the pack and click the Download button.

    Hi @AnnieBannanie2 

    Are you sure you were logged into the correct EA account when you redeemed the code on the website? 

    On the EA app, is this pack showing as owned in your Manage Add-Ons section of your game library?

    @EA_Solaire OK, figured out what I did. I signed in on the EA site using Google instead of my EA login. When I sign in on the EA app using Google it shows my Growing Together pack and that's the only pack that shows. When I sign in using my EA login it shows all my other packs but not Growing Together. So, now what? I've linked my EA and my Google account on the website but that doesn't seem to share the packs between the two.
