Download stuck on "Installing" PLZ HELP

Hey, im trying to download BF1 but its stuck on this state, this happens with all games 
what i already tried was,
disabling my antivirus and windows defender along with the firewall

update the ea app 

clear the cache 

reinstall the ea app 

restart my computer

with no work

i will forever be owed to the person who solves this problem for me cuz i really wanna play this game with my friends

    @snoopcake1 Hi there, I also had this problem trying to install ME3, my install was stuck at 96%.
    I fixed it by going to my Services (under "Windows Administrative Tools" in start menu) and manually starting "Windows Modules Installer".

    I hope this helps you.
