Download unavailable in EA app

the tab with the download icon can't be accessed although I wait for hours [CM - Edited title for clarity]

    Thanks for giving that a try @25885261.

    We'll also want to check that no other programs are potentially interfering with this, such as antivirus or security software.

    I would check this page and be sure you've added the EA app as an exception for any security programs or firewalls.

    While not an EA website, it may also help to check here and be sure you have the correct ports opened. This site should have steps to walk you through that process for most major routers.

I cleared the cache files by following the instructions but there was no change.
