Downloaded game not being located / can't continue download

So I downloaded Battlefield 2042 last night, the whole 80gigs of it, today the EA app doesnt recognize the game and wants to download it again, i know it will just realize the game is there BUT i now have less than 80gb on that drive so it doesnt let me click "next" on the download location prompt window so the app can finish downloading/installing the game. I'll have to delete the game so the installer lets me go to the next step because it will have more than 80gb free. Help.
