Dragon Age 2, and ONLY Dragon Age 2, fails to download.

I subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for PC and downloaded Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age Inquisition, but for some reason, Dragon Age 2 will not download.  Before getting to the part in the EA app where you select a save location, an error window pops up saying:

"There's a problem with your download. 

Something went wrong during your download.  Give us a few minutes, then try again."

No matter how long I wait or refresh, the error keeps popping up.  I had no trouble downloading DA: Origins and DA: Inquisition minutes before, DA2 is the only game refusing to download.

I've tried reinstalling the EA PC App, clearing my app cache, restarting my PC, and even deleting the files (except for LOG files) at C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop per EA_David's instructions in the pinned threads, to no avail.  This may be an issue with the game on your server atm.  Any advice or checks on the game would be appreciated.
