Dragon Age 2, and ONLY Dragon Age 2, fails to download.

I subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for PC and downloaded Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age Inquisition, but for some reason, Dragon Age 2 will not download.  Before getting to the part in the EA...

    Hey @TheMoonPrincess Can you try running the client as an admin, and ensure any security software allows the client to run?

        I am having this same problem, but running EA Play as admin hasn't helped. Do you have any other suggestions?
