Dragon Age inquisition missing

Summarize your bug I installed the EA app for the first time on my new pc (prior I used Origin app). Dragon Age Inquisition (which I bought pre-order deluxe edition with all DLCS an played number of times) is missing from the library. using the search function it says that the game is not available in my country. do not origin and dragon age 2 is in my library like my other games.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? See the screenshot
What happens when the bug occurs? missing game from the library.
What do you expect to see? the game....

I would appreciate either fising this issue and restoring access or refund me for what I paid for the game + the DLCS.

I'm from Israel.

Hi @liron99 To check is your account configured in the same region you are currently in? If so we might be able to try the workaround suggested in this thread.

HI @liron99 Thanks for this update, we might be running into something we need to pass on for the team to be aware of.

First, can we try the following...

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Verify System Date/Time is correct

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch EA App

I've followed all of them and still the game is missing from my library.

@EA_Illium I am not aware of any entitlement cases with the account.
I'm not using twitter, I didn't used the chat.
I opened a regular ticket but it didn't solve the issue, I was notified there is a general issue wit all users.

@EA_IlliumI think if a game is not listed for sale in a region, the EA app “hides” the game from our library even if we own it (I have not used any hide game option). My collection has 32 games but I can count only 31, pretty sure the one that’s hidden is DAI. Origin and other launchers like steam don’t do this.
