Dragon Age Inquisition. Not detecting DLC

I have been playing Dragon Age: Inquisition GOTY edition through the xbox game pass. My subscription to xbox expired temporarily, but is now back online. Ever since then, when I try to load my Dragon Age save game, i get the following error:

Unable to load save data as required
downloadable content is missing. Please
download the content again.

Dragon Age: Inquisition - Jaws of Hakkon
Dragon Age: Inquisition - The Descent
Dragon Age: Inquisition - Trespasser
The Black Emporium
Spoils of the Avvar
Dragon Age: Inquisition - Spoils of the Qunari

I have chatted with the EA Support chat, and we have run through reinstalling EA Desktop to the latest version, clearing the app cache, and reinstalling DAI: GOTY edition completely several times with no change.

Can I please have assistance in getting this game to work properly again?
