Dragon age veilguard not showing up in library after redeeming it

I redeemed a copy of Dragon Age the Veilguard as a part of the GeForce Now promotion. I redeemed it and got a confirmation code and email. It launched the vea app but the game never has showed up in library. 

I spoke customer service for GeForce Now and they said talk to EA.

    I spoke with GEFORCE NOW customer service and they said to contact EA app customer service.
