I lost access to my old verizon email because they discontinued the service so I have no way to reset my password. Ive tried looking for a support number to call or a chat with a LIVE person but I cant find anything. I still have access to the linked xbox account but im unable to reset my password due to my email service provider not existing anymore. Is there anything I can do to change my email without access to it?

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
Community ManagerAll of our live chat is staffed with real people, yes. If it was telling you the wait was only 4 minutes however, 20 minutes does seem a bit unusual. I'd check to be sure your browser does not have any ad or pop-up blockers enabled, as those can sometimes keep the chat window from appearing normally.
It also may be worth using a different browser entirely and/or using an incognito mode window to try again. Another option would be selecting Continue without logging in if you create the case in incognito mode without signing into the account.
