EA Online Access for teen PS5

I am at a loss, My teen cannot access EA games online on a PS5. His EA Account is teen and he is also under my family account. He PSN account is also in my PSN family account. I tried everything that I can think of. If I go under his EA Account and click on connected accounts the PSN account shows as unlinked. If I clink on Link it says that it is already linked to mine. He is 13 years old. I have tried most EA games that we have. Star Wars Battlefront II, NHL24 and Madden 24, none of them will sign in. The error is 4975, which is age related and that does not make any sense to me. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
