EA Account Hacked/Linked(But Not Mine)

My Xbox account shows that there is a EA account linked to it but it is not my EA account, when I click manage it, it says to sign it it will either send a email to the email it showed(some part of it was covered with "***") but I am not familiar with that email nor have I ever created a EA account before this current one which I am trying to connect to my Xbox account. I tried to contact support but I don't know how. I clicked my topic and it had an option for "Chat With Us" and i filled out the form and stuff but nobody ever contacted me and IM trying to contact again but there is no "Chat With Us" button again for the same topic. I already tried reaching out to microsoft support to see if they could unlink it for me but they said it had to be done through EA so I need help. I've tried literally everything and I've had to resort to making a EA discussion forum to recieve help. Please somebody help me. I have a picture below.(This is not my account and I am trying to unlink it.)

    You will need to contact EA Help Support to get this sorted. As you were unable to contact them via chat the first time, I will leave some instructions below:

     

    How to chat with EA Help

    1. Log in to your EA Account.
    2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
    3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
    4. Fill in the contact form with your:
      • first name
      • last name
      • e-mail
      • platform
      • subject (a short description of your issue)
      • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
    5. Select Send.
    6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.

    After you contact us, we’ll create a case for you. You can view it and keep track of updates in My Cases. You’ll be notified of changes to your case via email.
