Summarize your bug My EA account seems to be split in two and linked to two separate emails, when signing in to the correct EA account, I cannot access any of my games and I cannot link the EA account to my Xbox account for gamepass. There is no option to link an xbox account in my account -> connections. If I try to log in to my EA account using my Microsoft account, it tries to send a verification code to an email that is not mine, and is not associated with my microsoft or ea account in any way. Every once in a while the ea app will open with a account already signed in, this is not my account. This happens maybe 25% of the time when I open the EA app. I still cannot play my games when this happens. The ea answers website also shows this incorrect user ID even though I logged in with the correct account.
