EA App “Connection Failed” - Mac

Question

Hi there, the past week I have been having issues with the EA App. It shows “Connection Failed”, despite being connected to internet and all other applications on my laptop working. I have tried different networks and none have worked. So, because of this “connection failed”, I cannot access the Sims 4 Gallery and have a delivery error when I open the game. I have tried restarting my laptop, updating it, uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app but nothing seems to fix the issue. Please help!!

Having the same issue and have tried everything you have mentioned trying. Did you ever figure out a resolution?&nbsp;

I did! I have McAfee and had to turn off the firewall when I was at home because it was connected to my home wifi. In other places like when I’m at university will work with the firewall on. Just for whatever reason it didn’t work on my home wifi but I recommend if you have a security program then turning off the firewall

Shoot.. I don’t have a security program so that can’t be the trigger for me. I was also on a different wifi connection yesterday but ran into the same issue.
