EA App and my games

I log into the EA app and all my games have disappeared. It says I don't own any of the Sims 4 packs and such. I own 99.9% of all the Sims 4. Also, my name is a bunch of numbers and letters.  I rest...

I'm really sorry to hear that you can't see your purchased games in the EA app library. Please note that we're unable to assist with account-related issues here at the EA Forums, but you can contact EA Help Support, and they should be able to assist you with that.
