Summarize your bug When trying to log into the EA app with a VPN an error message appears telling me there is something wrong with my account. I can log in to the website using a VPN, but not the app. Pausing the VPN allows log in.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to log into the app using a VPN
What happens when the bug occurs? An error message appears telling me Something went wrong... There's a problem with your account
What do you expect to see? Either the 2fa page or the app main screen after a successful login
Even if a VPN is not compatible with the app, the error message should be less vague. EG. You appear to be using a VPN. Please disable your VPN and try again.
