EA app and webstore showing the wrong currency

My EA app and the webstore shows the wrong currency despite my location on both my device and the app being accurate. I've tried resetting the location several times and restarting the app but they don't make a difference. I'm not using a VPN either so I'm not sure why it's doing this. It lists my currency as RUB even though my currency should be in CAD. Is there any way I can fix this?
