EA app, Can’t log in

this worked, thank you. i've been struggling for like 2 hours with this

I have the same issue and have tried to login using google account which is actually the mail id, and also i tried using EA ID and my mobile id as well..these all methods work fine but it seems that logging in with the mail id that i signed up to EA is the actual issue.

And also i have tried unchecking the keep me logged in box as well, there's no use.

I purchased FIFA 23 via steam and was playing fine using steam being linked with Origin, but EA forced me to change it and now i have not been playing for past one month THANKS EA 🙌 

if you bring up task manager and click on more details, then find EA background manager and end the task, it should fix the login issue. I hope it helps you.

@VSWN7 that's right. That's what that's supposed to do. I was replying to someone who didn't know how to close it in task manager.

Now as for the issue, if you have a VPN running in your anti-virus program then temporarily shut it off when you use the EA app and games. Fir some reason it doesn't like when a VPN runs in the background on a computer so it doesn't load and the games won't load either. I think EA needs to fix that, but either way, mine worked after turning off my VPN through my anti-virus program and it's worked fine ever since.

Yeah, this is still a thing with this useless app.  I've tried closing out the background service and the vpn, but that's not working.  It keeps asking me to login then telling me my password is wrong.  I was on the app earlier today with no problems.
