Community ManagerHey there, can you please try uninstalling the EA App from Add/Remove Programs on Windows Settings and then redownload the EA App from our website.
Hi there, I got the same bug here, but more seriously, I couldn't download the EA app from the EA website at all. Any clues?

If you're unable to download the EA app from the website, there might be a program blocking your download. I would suggest checking your Antivirus settings and temporarily disabling it if necessary. You can also try download the app using a different browser.

Yeah this absolutely did not work for me.
I have done this:
Cleared the Cache for the EA program
Turned off Realtime scanning in my virus checker
Ran the EA program as an administratorThe program is broken fundamentally on some systems, theres obviously some kind of correlation between these few systems and the wider world who don't have this issue. So what is blocking this program from applying an update to itself? What specifically is it EA?
