EA app cannot update

Hi. I went to launch the Sims 4 and the EA App shows a pop up screen saying "The EA app needs to restart A mandatory update is required to stay online. Restart the EA app to apply update." I proce...

Hi there, I got the same bug here, but more seriously, I couldn't download the EA app from the EA website at all. Any clues?

@Smasherthe7 Hi there,

If you're unable to download the EA app from the website, there might be a program blocking your download. I would suggest checking your Antivirus settings and temporarily disabling it if necessary. You can also try download the app using a different browser.
