I get just a black screen with text saying "couldn't connect to servers. We ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix it." I have restarted app multiple times. I have rebooted my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing changes.
I can play my game offline but have no access to the gallery or ability to buy anything.
I tried EA support and all I have done is what they told me to do. It has not fixed it. Any suggestions of what is causing this and what I can do to fix it?
I did not add anything new to my computer this week. I have played 4 years of this game and this never happened before.

Hi @Oobydooby00 When you have a moment can we try the following?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

Same. My ea app wont work but i literally just logged onto it on my ohone to type this. I should be having absolutely no issues because i just factory reset my pc. This is what has been popping up for me for days whenever i try to get into the ea app. Steam wont work after the factory reset and it worked before. Im waiting to see if my games work. Just go back to origin i dont know of anybody who has ever had problems with them. And before anyone asks, yes my internet says im connected and secure
