EA app Can't Connect to Servers
I get a problem saying "Couldn't connect to servers" followed by "We ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix it.". I have tried numerous things, including clearing the EA app's cache files...

I've been having this issue for several months now, it has RARELY decided to connect to the server for a very brief period of time so I could update TS4, but now it won't do it at all so I can't update the game and play it. I've deleted the app completely off my computer, reinstalled, tried recommendations off websites, changed from my extender to the actual router and no changes. I can't find any other way to contact EA so if anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
