Same issue with the app constantly crashing even after attempting these steps. Even the ErrorReporter was constantly crashing and it took over 10 attempts of quickly pasting in my issue text and hitting submit before it worked without crashing first.
Here is my error report if it helps: 0fb6b783-6204-4dd1-9b6e-fccca79828fc
