Ea app crash fix but new problems begin

Hello everyone. I was recently playing command and conquer the ultimate collection and when i sign out of game and tried to play later the ea app keep crashing. I tried all the troubleshoot steps and then some and nothing worked. I ended up going to ea app updater and it upgraded to latest version and the app worked fine again, although now when i click on the games i want to play it says failure to launch an error has occurred on our end try again a little later. The issue hasnt been solved and is going to a ea team for further investigation. Also wanted to note that when you uninstall and reinstall the ea app it will start to crash again and you have to go to ea app updater to get the latest version and the app will work.
