Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game Cheers!

Hi @rodeIking to confirm are you getting an error message when you launch the EA app or does the login window not fully load?

@EA_Illium I click on the EA app icon to (try to) start the app, and after a second there's a window with some cheesy text, telling me it crashed. I don't even get to the login window.

I would like to hear a more realistic solution, please.
Nobody should have to stop making full use of their PC just to be able to play FIFA, let alone start the EA App.

It’s really difficult to get anywhere with ea. I did not like origin but I really really miss it. I know this sucks but I appreciate not being the only one this is happening too!

At least you get an hour a day. I have been uninstalling - reinstalling for a week now. No login screen, no options to do anything. I open start menu, click on ea folder to expand, click on app recovery (like I saw in another post) get the prompt to allow to run and...nothing. Can't clear a cache. Watched the multiple youtube vids to run choice dns, run as admin, set background to automatic, uninstall, reinstall, and nothing is working. My son sits right next to me on the system I built with the exact same setup and it runs fine. What is going on with you EA? Fix the issue already. How have you continuously had this issue for over 2 years?
