I got an error message after my app disappeared from my computer
So, yesterday, I was having trouble with my browser where it all of a sudden crashed and was unable to open. In an attempt to fix it, I was uninstalling and reinstalling it a couple of times. This caused my computer to crash. When it restarted and turned back on, I noticed my EA App had the generic white page for the desktop shortcut instead of the usual logo. Pretty sure this happened to me before, so I tried to uninstall it but that wouldn't even work. So I went to the EA Installer to repair it and it uninstalled but couldn't reinstall. I got this error message that I couldn't find anywhere. Like no one else has EVER gotten this error message in the history of this app or something. The error message in question is: INST-3-1723. I cannot for the life of me figure out what the issue is. The only thing I can think of is that I have to delete the EA Desktop and Electronic Arts folders in the Program Files manually (as both are now empty). But I didn't want to do that until I knew for sure that's what I had to do, hence why I came here. Mainly so I didn't mess things up further or something.
Any help and advice would be very much appreciated. Attached is a picture of the error message.
Edit: It is resolved. I downloaded a new version of the installer. Downloaded the app, and now it works.
