EA App Crashes on Launch – Acer Nitro 5 Windows 11
Hello, I’ve been facing a persistent issue where the EA app crashes unexpectedly on launch with the error message: "The app crashed unexpectedly. We ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix it." This started happening around April on my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 running Windows 11 Famille with an Intel Core i5 (10th Gen) and NVIDIA RTX 3060. I have already tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, updating Windows and drivers, running the app as administrator, flushing DNS, restarting the system, and re-enabling EA background services. The app works fine on another device, so the issue is clearly not with my EA account or connection. I also contacted EA Support, and they acknowledged it as a bug but no proper fix is available yet. Please help or provide updates if this is being worked on. Thank you.
