Are you sure you're logging into the right account on the EA App? The one your posting with doesn't appear to have any games on it so if you're logging in with that account, the games you've purchased won't show in your library.

I only have one account and entered the correct email and password. It said I entered the wrong password (which I didn't) I got so frustrated, in the end, that I just deleted the app and will continue to access my games through Origin, Maybe others have not had a problem

It would be good to get this working within the EA App since the time may come when Origin isn't available. If you change your mind, reach out again or you can open a case with an advisor here. They can be sure you're using the right account.

I will try again when I have more time/patience. Maybe I was just unlucky. I'm not a fan of Origin and got really excited about running my games without using them. Thank you for your response
