I only have one account and entered the correct email and password. It said I entered the wrong password (which I didn't) I got so frustrated, in the end, that I just deleted the app and will continue to access my games through Origin, Maybe others have not had a problem
It would be good to get this working within the EA App since the time may come when Origin isn't available. If you change your mind, reach out again or you can open a case with an advisor here. They can be sure you're using the right account.

I will try again when I have more time/patience. Maybe I was just unlucky. I'm not a fan of Origin and got really excited about running my games without using them. Thank you for your response

update, I just installed the EA app again and, this time, it opened with my account. I was really happy, until . . . Sims 4 base game is there but none of my expansion/stuff packs and I don't see anywhere to install them again

oops ignore last reply, packs all installed now, I had to log out of EA app and restart my pc. tried again and everything was installed. Got there in the end 🙂
