EA App deletes game after downloading it

I am trying to download Battlefield V in the EA App. After finally downloading the 90 GB it went from 100% to 0% and started the download all over again. And no, it wasn't verifying the download or something because nothing changed after 1 hour of waiting, so I uninstalled the EA App and installed it again to then install the game again. After again downloading the 90 GB it again deleted all the files and was at 0% again. I even made a copy of the files before at 87GB so it could start from somewhere again if it somehow would delete the entire game after installing. And after it deleted the game I installed the game to the path of the copy, which the EA App also just deleted as if there weren't already 87GB of Battlefield and started downloading again. How can something like this even happen and what can I do to download Battlefield?

Hi @pandabuy_agent A few things might cause something like this to happen.

When you have a moment can we try going through the following steps and check if this continues?

    Cheers!

  • I now downloaded Battlefield for the 3rd time (just casual 270 GB) after another week of waiting it was finally ready and the whole game was deleted after downloading. I tried out:

    • EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

As my internet isn't good enough to download this game multiple other times so I won't be testing anything else because it is quiet annoying when you can't watch or do anything.
