EA app does not open at all

Question

It seems like everyone's posts are just being moved from the EA app forum to the mac forum and back again so no one really gets answers. Is there ANY solution to the EA app not opening? I've reinstalled, cleared my cache, restarted, completely deleted and reinstalled about 100 times. Seriously, just let us go back to Origin, this is awful. Not even having an option to stay on Origin until this mess is fixed really sucks. Hundreds of pages of people having the same issue and no fix on Mac? This really sucks for those of us who have bought a lot of games and can't play any of them now. I think it might be helpful to answer this issue in one place or, idk, send out a mass email or something, considering thousands of people are having the same problem.

Which posts are you aware of that have been moved from this EA App forum to the Mac Sims 4 forum? I have moved a lot of posts from the Mac forum to this EA App forum because if users are having EA App issues it is not a Sims 4 problem. Sims 4 and Sims 3 are the only games available to Mac users in EA App therefore it is easy for users to post in the game forums by mistake.

Have you tried launching EA App in a new user account on your Mac?
