EA App does not start on my PC

The EA App fails to reliably load up on my PC. Sometimes it will say servers are down, I get a blank window, or the App does not even start. 

I have ran the App Updater and Recovery. I even reinstalled the App without any luck.

Before I reinstalled the App, sometimes it would load and I could play my games.

Attached is an example of the blank window, that's if I am lucky to get that far in starting the App.

What a great way to encourage me to buy EA games. At least Steam loads and I can still play games that I buy there.

I am running Windows 10 on an i7 PC with 32GB of memory.

    Hey @Maximous Run the EA App as an administrator and make sure it's installed in the default location. 

    In case of any further issues, you can create a new admin account and test the app on it.

    I appreciate the advice.

    I did as you recommended.

    Still no luck.

    It shouldn't really be this complicated.

    Nothing is working. First the sims completely froze, and when I tried to save and exit, the screen got stuck like that. Then its not even letting me close the window with the sims on it and now it's saying I need an update to even open EA.

    Please complete all the following steps, which often help in similar scenarios. First, perform a cache clean or App Recovery in the EA App. Then, close down the app and also close EAappbackgroundservice from the task manager. Next, navigate to the location where you have the EA App folder. By default, it is located in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop. Once you find the folder, locate and click on EAUpdater.exe to update the app.
