EA App doesn't launch
it has been like this for week now , cant ask for help throw the site and cant open the ea app , no problem with the network at all

Strange to see the EA Help site and the EA App being unavailable. Even if other websites or applications are connecting to your network as expected, it's still worth running through our connection troubleshooting guide, especially the step on changing and flushing your DNS, if you haven't already.
If you have an active VPN, try disabling it along with other potentially conflicting background applications.
