EA App Down - Windows
Is the EA App down? Not loading any of my content. Internet connection is fine as everything else is working

Its the blank screen problem. I've tried everything - resetting cache, reinstalling the app - nothing has worked so far.
Same, it goes to black screen and back to the app.. Cache has nothing to do with it. I cleared cache, nothing. Uninstalled the game, reinstalled, cleared cache, nothing.. Something is wrong and Im seriously losing my cool.. Last time I played was last month, and some time between then and yesterday, something happened, and I have no clue what and by the looks of things, EA doesnt care.
Im gonna try to uninstall the app and then uninstall madden, then reinstall and see if that clears it up... If it doesnt, Im done.
Well that didn't work, Im done. You buy a game that is over priced at 70 bucks and cant even play it because the app that supposed to run it doesn't work. This is that crap that is so aggravating when we used to be able to own our own game and play it by loading a disk.. Keep your game EA. I cant do this anymore. I just deleted the Ea app and Madden 24, I wont be back to EA games ever again. 4 days of silence about this stupid EA app and not one word on a fix... 4 DAYS? Ive never seen a gaming company so obsessed with making money and not caring about the people they sell their product to. I know Im only one person, I can live with that.

Please try the following steps as well:
- Open task manager, locate EA Background Service, and end task
- Run the EA app as an administrator
- Check for any background applications blocking the EA App
- Try lowering your User Access Control Settings:
- Close the EA app
- Click the Windows button and type "UAC" in the search field
- In the User Access Control window, click and hold the slide bar —slide it to the lowest setting available
- Click Okay the bottom of the window
- Run a clean boot on your PC
I have this same issue, the app opens fine, but nothing loads inside the app. No games, library, store, nothing. I have tried force stopping the app, running it as an admin, but nothing works.
