EA app crashes immediately after opening, not able to login

Starting a few days ago, I open up my EA app and it shows me the attached screen for ~5 seconds before closing on its own. I'm unable to type anything into the login box.

I've uninstalled + reinstalled the app three times, ran as administrator, cleared the cache manually, updated other programs to see if there could have been a conflict and this still persists. 

Could be helpful to know that I had most recently installed an Nvidia drivers update on May 19th. 

Any help or updates from the EA side would be super appreciated!
