EA app download button is greyed out, download is stuck on calculating time.

As I begin I want to say I looked around for help first and found that my problem is collided into three problems. First problem is I cant seem to download my new game pack for sims 4, The werewolves...

    Hey @EclipseDragonfly is it possible to try it through Origin to see if you continue to have the same issue?

Hello Darko.

I am having the same issue, but Origins is now defunct, so I don't know what to do.

Late reply, but fyi I had the same issue. Turns out it was because I had 11 items in my cart. When I removed one down to 10 it worked fine.
