Hi, most of the data you requested has nothing to do with this observed error (I am Computer scientist, so am able to validated. btw: I sent already an error report after a crash...). Hint: ask the EA App developer to follow some basic "good development" objectives such as "Offline Mode" means "Offline" so the EA App must not ping "home". This will help to avoid the "detection" of underlaying internet connection lost issues (e.g. during obligatory daily re-connection to the internet provider) ergo: the error 10501 will never occure in offline mode. Also check how the EA App buffers the login credentials, as I can not see any reason why the EA App "forgets" the credentials after crashes and errors such as the observed EC:10501.
